Girl Scouts of the USAInformation Technology Project Manager
Jan. 2021 - Dec. 2024remoteBringing people and technology together to make a real impact—that’s what I do best. At Girl Scouts of the USA, I led technology-driven initiatives that transformed the way teams worked, streamlined processes, and improved user experiences. Every project was a chance to solve challenges, drive innovation, and create systems that empowered the organization. 🔹 Cut website maintenance costs in half by modernizing the code across 112 sites, each with around 100 pages—turning a complex, expensive system into an efficient, scalable one. 🔹 Brought structure to project management by developing an intake and evaluation process for the PMO, ensuring that resources were allocated wisely and priorities were clear. 🔹 Simplified contract management by leading the implementation of a new system, eliminating inefficiencies and reducing administrative burden. 🔹 Boosted team productivity by defining best practices for Wrike, while also managing Jira and Confluence to keep workflows smooth. 🔹 Transformed marketing operations by streamlining how multi-department priorities were managed—eliminating bottlenecks and improving software performance. 🔹 Bridged the gap between business and tech to align teams and ensure that technology supported strategic goals. 🔹 Rescued a website redesign project—delivering it on time and within budget by restructuring the scope, gaining executive buy-in, replacing an underperforming vendor, and creating a focused development plan. I thrive in fast-paced environments where technology and strategy intersect. Whether it’s optimizing systems, leading cross-functional teams, or solving complex problems, I’m passionate about making technology work for people—not the other way around.
