Property management: responsible for the main office, storage facility and rehearsal space: paid rent, arranged cleaning and coordinated repairs;
Hiring and overseeing staff work, office supply, costumes, props, media collection, buying and renting equipment;
Being a communication liaison and managing the flow of information to the leadership team by screening phone calls, opening, sorting and distributing correspondence;
Preparing and formatting information for internal and external distribution, compiling data for reports and dossiers, writing reports and meeting minutes, transcribing dictation, editing and proofreading;
Planning and organizing events such as company parties, large meetings and milestone celebrations;
Obtaining governmental permits and approvals;
Responsible for payroll, outstanding expense reports and ticket sales.
