•Performance management and Improvement systems; Job descriptions; Talent management •Creation and implementation of Human Resource strategies within various industries; namely the motor, furniture, electrical, manufacturing, corporate and construction industries and the like. •Discipline Management •Wage negotiations and dealings with Trade Unions and unionisation on behalf of my clients;
•Managing Relationships with bargaining councils of numerous industries. •Employment Equity: facilitation of the process entirely as per the Employment Equity act; •Skills Development: Facilitation of the process entirely including meetings and strategizing. Training needs analyses; Compiling the Workplace Skills Plan (WSP); Completing and submitting the Annual Training Report (ATR) to the relevant Sector Education & Training Authority (SETA) so as to ensure my clients would receive their claims back on their Skills Development Levies (SDL) •Employee induction and orientation; Employee training programmes; Employee development •Employee Relations and conflict management •Organisational Development. •Employee retention programmes and Incentive programmes; •Client and Customer service relationship creation and management •Matching Personnel and job specifications to ensure the most effective employee-job fit. •Identify staff vacancies and job requirements
