Define, iterate, and improve REX x Subcontractor SOPs to yield: customer-first experience, best price (higher margins for REX), and “sticky” customer engagement that lead to repeat business in between subscription home visits (upsells), WOM, and high CSAT. Building subcontractor onboarding, training, and SOPs. Developing subcontractor retention program Help maintain existing national partner relationships Handle customer escalations from the vendor side: work with the vendor to rectify issues, identify a solution that keeps the customer for life, and work with the vendor on a process improvement to prevent this from occurring in the future. Partner with Sales & Ops leads to identify opportunities to grow Homes+ business
