Reporting directly to company leadership, I served as the main point of contact for building partners and played a key role in maintaining strong, ongoing client relationships. My responsibilities included producing detailed CAD-based designs and quotes for new builds, renovations, and commercial tenders, along with coordinating sales enquiries, scheduling, procurement, and installer communication. I was actively involved in identifying opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency. Following a change in ownership, I stepped into expanded responsibilities, including accounts management, invoicing, wholesale and purchase orders, direct resolution of project issues, and leading a small team. I also mentored junior staff and contributed to a collaborative, solution-focused team environment.
