Reporting directly to company leadership, I served as the main point of contact for building partners and played a key role in maintaining strong, ongoing client relationships. My responsibilities included producing detailed CAD-based designs and quotes for new builds, renovations, and commercial tenders, along with coordinating sales enquiries, scheduling, procurement, and installer communication. I was actively involved in identifying opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency. Following a change in ownership, I stepped into expanded responsibilities, including accounts management, invoicing, wholesale and purchase orders, direct resolution of project issues, and leading a small team. I also mentored junior staff and contributed to a collaborative, solution-focused team environment. Key responsibilities: • Created accurate CAD designs and quotes tailored to builder and client specifications • Managed commercial tenders and quoting for residential and commercial developments • Maintained long-term relationships with builders, project managers, and homeowners • Oversaw day-to-day operations, including admin systems, scheduling, and client support • Led a small internal team and coordinated with subcontractors and installers • Streamlined communication and resolved issues across multiple stakeholder groups • Implemented process improvements to boost workflow efficiency and cost control • Supported staff onboarding and training, promoting consistency and high standards This role strengthened my ability to manage complex tasks simultaneously, lead with initiative, and remain composed under pressure. It also allowed me to integrate technical CAD expertise with strengths in client service, sales, and team leadership—contributing meaningfully to operational success.
