Played a pivotal role in enhancing the immersive gaming experience across the entire boulevard. Collaborated closely with event specialists to curate the top 10 iconic gaming characters for a captivating 3D hologram display during the opening ceremony and selected and compiled memorable video game scenes for a high-impact countdown video. Conceptualized and developed approximately 60 distinct themes covering the entire common area, the largest open space in the boulevard. These themes, based on diverse video game genres and atmospheres, involved modifications to visuals, ambient sounds, interactive activations, and even sensory elements like odors and F&B. Represented the Saudi Esports Federation and partner 4Winds within the Gamers World Venue, managing 25 booths in terms of content, activations, and competitions. Provided technical support and supervised the operations of these booths, leading a team of 250 young promoters.
