- Drive the day to day operations of the team in the design and optimizations of Google Ads Accounts.
- Help define and allocate individual and team quarterly targets according to Google baseline.
- Daily/Weekly meeting with Google managers, providing team performance insights.
- Contribute to short and long-term organizational planning and strategy as a member of the management team.
- Drive achievements across all metrics (sales, process quality and customer satisfaction) in a fast-paced, target driven environment through team and individual coaching.
- Lead Quality Assurance supervisor to complete the coaching approach with each individual account manager within the team.
- Demonstrate technical marketing skills and high-levels of company product knowledge.
- Daily performance monitoring and reviews (MBO, call stats, sales numbers).
- Develop individual coaching plans for each account managers based on SMART goals.
- Influence and drive change across the team and across the program to adapt to an ever-changing environment.
- Recruit new sales representatives.
- Meet and exceed all clients expectations.
