Lead strategy decisions within application development to ensure organization is operating efficiently. Developed the change control board and business methodologies to streamline processes. Managed the training efforts of engineering workforce as well as manage the training documentation. Accountable for KPI metrics as well as corporate initiatives which enhance user experience. In charge of the development and design of key integration software, both home grown and COTS, to ensure viability of total packaged product and for the implementation, integration, collaboration, rollout, training and maintenance phase of projects.
