Key responsibilities: Go-to-Market Leadership: Oversee competitive positioning by conducting market research, crafting compelling messaging, delivering visually impactful presentations, and ensuring cross-departmental alignment on Formedics’ core mission. Comprehensive Marketing Strategy: Design and implement a marketing budget and strategic plan; lead omnichannel brand awareness and lead generation campaigns, drive thought leadership through high-impact award submissions and event participation and grow social media engagement. Sales Enablement Expertise: Equip a 30+ member sales team with tools and resources, including branded materials, customized sales decks, personalized campaigns, and training programs. Plan and manage the annual sales meeting to ensure seamless execution and value delivery. Internal Communications and Corporate Culture Development: Enhance workplace engagement through quarterly Townhall meetings, off-site corporate events, employee feedback surveys and execution of charitable community initiatives.
