I’m passionate about connecting brands with their audiences through creative, data-driven marketing and project delivery - whether that’s a multi-channel project, a social community, or a seamless customer journey. In my current role, I lead the end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns and cross-team projects for both B2B and B2C, managing everything from initial briefs to launch and post-campaign review. Highlights include successfully delivering a full 360° campaign for Career’s side — covering external, internal, and onboarding communications — as well as taking ownership of monthly newsletters, where I’ve increased click-through rates, open rates, and revenue metrics by an average of 1.5% year-on-year. I work closely with creative, digital, and trading teams to keep projects moving and communications clear - all while using lessons learnt to improve how we plan and deliver next time. Before this, I built a passionate #FixItYourself community of 125K members via social media and newsletters at eSpares Ltd and helped the brand reach a milestone 40% year-on-year increase in 5-star Trustpilot reviews during 2020-21. I also developed and managed online strategies across social media, review platforms, and email marketing, leading a small team to deliver influencer and partnership campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter (X).
