Nov. 2019Charlotte, North Carolina AreaProudly lead the very talented Digital Content, Social Media and Loyalty Marketing team for the top 10 rated cable network, INSP Network. It is my goal to continue innovating to make INSP the ultimate multi-platform content destination for avid Western audiences and to grow and expand our FAST Channel, Western Bound in the same fashion. Since joining INSP in 2019, I have earned personal accolades such as the 2023 Top Women in Media (Cynopsis) and 2022 Cablefax Most Powerful Women in Cable Rising Tide Honor. I am proud to say I have been part of the very accomplished INSP Marketing Team, who has won Marketing Team of the Year Award from CableFax in 2022 and 2024. This is in addition to many awards won with Cynopsis and Promax (GEMA) over the years. Presently, I oversee everything on the 2nd screen including editorial content, email marketing, SMS marketing, social media, e-commerce, CRM, and digital content development (short-form). I partner with my team marketing and cross-functionally to come up with creative and strategic ways to not only yield engagement and loyalty, but also drive linear tune-in and/or streaming consumption. My team and I oversee digital, social and email channels for INSP, WesternBound, ShopINSP, and ImagicommEntertainment. We also assist with the Consumer Marketing paid media buys, assisting in creative briefing and refinement. My strategic approach to managing digital and social media platforms has resulted in increases across all major Digital and Social KPIs for INSP year-over-year since 2019. In 2021 we partnered with Arkadium to monetize and bring an arcade experience to INSP, which has increased Site Traffic and Page Views by a significant percentage since 2019. In 2023 we launched ShopINSP.com to continue to drive incremental revenue and brand awareness to our network. Using data, coffee ;) and a lot of creative brainstorming - I have led my team to over 75 records broke across digital, email and social media.
