- Worked on devising a digitalization strategy for the bank's arm in Bangladesh
- Involved in successful digital partnerships with various fintechs and start-ups including in-app integrations with Foodpanda and Eat Mubarak through APIs, SDK or Web-view.
- Formulated an innovative and completely digital process of issuing and depositing cheques through mobile app
- Responsible for end to end product management of various Digital Banking products, involving product concept development, process approvals, development of functionality on App, business model creation, Product Development, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), product launch, launch campaigns, complaint resolution, reporting and relevant Business as Usual tasks throughout the product lifecycle. - Collaborated with both internal & external branding and marketing teams to create effective communication Digital Marketing strategies for product and channel promotions. - Devised effective Customer Life-cycle Management campaigns based on regular analysis of customer behavior and managed customer churn through the use of contextual marketing campaigns and techniques. Churn rate decreased by 15- 20% - Developed analytical reports to gather key insights for decision making regarding product suite, effective pricing and campaign creation
