I co-ordinated quarterly planning sessions with cross-organisational client teams, working together to define an 18-month roadmap that guided our consulting initiatives. Steering the reviews and updates of our consulting frameworks based on client and delivery team insights was a vital part of my role.
Accomplishments:
• Driving co-innovation: I formulated and integrated a co-innovation framework into our managed services contracts, resulting in an average annual contract value increase of $250,000 and tracking pipeline opportunities that brought in $90M in wins over two years.
• Surpassing targets: It was exhilarating to consistently surpass billable consulting revenue targets, achieving an average of 135% over three financial years whilst maintaining a 75% conversion win rate for pipeline opportunities.
• Facilitating workshops: I collaborated with key clients to facilitate design thinking workshops, promoting organisational alignment and planning for technology investments, which led to a multi-million-dollar pipeline with a 75%-win rate.
• Building teams: I established Employee and Customer Experience consulting teams across a 16-country European network, promoting cloud-based communication and teamwork services.
• Ensuring successful transformations: Supporting clients through the necessary adoption and change management processes was critical, ensuring that technology enhancements significantly improved employee and customer experiences.
• Influencing practices: I oversaw consulting practices across Europe, influencing engagement models and collateral whilst defining KPIs and developing job descriptions for consulting teams.
