Dec. 2015 - Jan. 2019During my tenure, I implemented brand new workflows, SOPs, and managed the daily operations for a brand new Centralized Services department that I built, supporting 130 ambulatory primary and specialty care clinics across five hospital campuses, as well as led the Swedish Ambulatory Epic Training team responsible for providing workflow, technical training and Go-Live support for various automated product launches and upgrades impacting the ambulatory care clinics. Notable Achievements: •Built and led the Centralized Services department, driving digital transformation initiatives, cost reduction, and operational improvements for 130 ambulatory clinics resulting in 95% patient access to critical services within 3 days.
•Directed all aspects of financial operations, including budget development, revenue cycle management, funds flow projections, pro forma accounting, and compliance oversight, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and physician practice plans.
•Developed key performance benchmarks and facilitated cross-functional collaboration to enhance clinic productivity and service delivery.
•Reduced referral authorization processing time from 7–10 days to less than 24 hours by developing innovative systems, improving patient access and satisfaction.
•Spearheaded the design and implementation of Epic training programs, significantly reducing medical referral processing times and elevating service delivery standards.
•Negotiated and managed critical vendor contracts (ABS, CIOX, and Stericycle), achieving a 90% reduction in service processing delays and enhancing operational efficiency across the ambulatory network.
