investment accounts, and special savings accounts;
- Acts as an executive assistant to the Branch Manager providing various services from document
preparation, client research, and review, to business letter writing for any professional
correspondence.
- Performs various tasks and responsibilities for client-provided after-sales requests;
- Created various excel pivots and database sheets (e.g. multiple Investment Maturity schedules,
Safety Deposit Boxes annual schedules) to streamline existing outdated and tedious processes in
accordance with policies and guidelines;
