• Work on Sales Strategy for future periods with the Business Operations, Sales Operations and Senior Sales on the Quota setting process
• Manage the Quota setting process collaborating with Sales Ops and Senior Sales Leads to compile these figures.
• Use Tableau to analyze all our reporting figures and make sure that all monthly revenue and quota figures tie out with Xactly and our calculations files.
• Created a new Template for our calculation files to streamline how we calculate the commissions for all of the Reps/Managers/Directors.
• Collaborated with Xactly to implement a new Commission/Reporting system which we have rolled out to the Global team with great success.
• Review 200+ commission exceptions on a monthly basis and compile detailed analysis for Senior Leadership using many different criteria.
• Work to very strict deadlines to make sure all payees are paid on time.
• Liaise with Payroll team to make sure that all relevant payments are submitted within the relevant timeframe for each Region.
• Use Salesforce.com on a daily basis to generate analytical reports and create Dashboards for Senior Management.
• New Hire Training on all the processes that are incorporated within our Business Unit.
