Apr. 2018Tridel is Canada’s leading real estate development company specializing in the making of industry award winning condominiums and private communities. After receiving recognition for my commitment and dedication to Tridel, I was promoted to VP, Information Technology in 2018. I now spearhead day to day companywide technology operations; conceptualizing strategic initiatives and achieving corporate objectives by building strong foundations with key partners, executive management and business entities to ensure positive performance & growth. Soon after being appointed VP, Information Technology, I immediately defined a 5-year IT strategy to support organizational growth which included leveraging industry standard cloud applications to reduce unmitigated risks and security concerns, enhance productivity, and to position the company for future success. In this role I fostered strategic partnerships and entered EA’s to support the company’s cyber security requirements and better manage operational risk while leveraging new technologies to enhance collaboration among team members. I also made significant contributions to the establishment of our PMO, Innovation Den and IT Governance Committee to support the rapid delivery of Tridel’s strategic business initiatives; currently directed by key stakeholders, executive leaders and the CEO. Through effective performance management and promoting positive change, this resulted in a highly productive work culture which adhered to new corporate policies and procedures that propelled project success, streamlined operations and enabled business scalability.

Oct. 2010 - Apr. 2018Toronto, Canada AreaI was given the opportunity to take on the position of Director, Network Operations where I was responsible for leading and managing the Service Desk, and Network Team. In this role I implemented strategic process improvement plans which predominately focused on upskilling existing team members, introducing KPI’s, and creating standardized corporate policies and procedures to boost efficiency and restructure operations for the long term. In addition, I changed the company’s support model to include SLA's which significantly improved project management, team performance, resource allocation, and customer experience.
