Responsibilities and Achievements: • Marketing Strategy: Oversee and drive the agency’s comprehensive marketing strategy, integrating content creation, brand direction, and social media to enhance reputation, foster engagement, and support business growth. • Content: Directed and art-directed four key assets and an industry-wide research piece within six months, refreshing the tone of voice and improving creativity. These efforts increased engagement, garnered PR recognition, and attracted editorial interest. • Thought Leadership: Initiated new thought leadership process and strategy, resulting in a 30% increase in thought leadership content which all performed above benchmark for engagement. This process also streamlined the ability to repurpose content into multiple formats, resulting in multiple assets for social and PR that also received excellent engagement. • Social: Within six months, doubled the growth of followers vs the previous period. Boosted LinkedIn engagement rates to 67.8% higher than competitors, ranking the agency 2nd among peers. • Brand: Owned the process of evolving the brand, including; competitor analysis, brand audit, tone of voice, website audit, brand personality and creative direction to strengthen brand identity and positioning. • Awards: Oversee the awards strategy and entry process and securing over 250 submissions, resulting in 149 shortlists and 79 wins, a 15% increase from last year, including all four of the major Agency of the Year accolades. A first for the agency and the industry.
