Jul. 2014 - Apr. 2020WorldwideI started at Charles Kaisin studio 6 years ago as an intern and I grew to my last position as executive project manager thanks to Charles’ mentoring and teaching me how to work in the luxury industry with clients as Hermès, Cartier, Rolls Royce, Piaget, Roederer, Casino of Monte-Carlo. I oversaw the global operations of the studio including creative research, project conception and realisation, strategic expansion and related initiatives. I was managing staff across all locations. Working with all team members and clients at all levels. I have developed the ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. I am able to work independently and exercise judgement when needed. I worked with Finance department to track incoming/outgoing wires and payments, invoices and budget requests. Tracking problems and finding solutions. Specialisation: develop the story-telling about a brand, creating unique experiences. Re-thinking clients experiences and expectations. The concept created by Charles Kaisin of “Surrealist Dinner” illustrates all these skills in a luxury tailor-made exclusive artistic event with Michelin star chef, unique venues, costumes and lots of surprises - see videos linked ! I have managed more than 50 different Surrealist Dinners around the world, from 12 to 850 guests. Other projects I managed are : artistic installations, industrial design projects, food design projects and interior architecture. Fund-raising and charity projects : Gala contre le Sida in Brussels and Origamiforlife a fundraising campaign against Covid-19.
