From the start I reported directly to the board and held full accountability of Profit & Loss (P&L), strategic leadership, recruitment and talent acquisition, and commercial workforce development for the medical technology company. Under my leadership the company experienced: ● Revenue growth, on average, of 42% year over year and a 55% compound annual growth rate
● Built and led a powerful sales team of 50+ direct w2 employees and over 2000 distributor agent sellers
● Established Sanara domestically with 4000+ hospitals having contracts and access to our portfolio
● Boosted profitability and cash neutrality through effective management of expenses and cashflow and leverage of selling, general, and administrative expenses
● High gross profit margins across the portfolio and the business ● Acquisition of Scendia Biologics, the addition of Ortho fusion product portfolio, and adding the Cook BioTech product line through exclusive licensure
● Product launch of over 10 new products As the face of the company, I also served in a customer-facing capacity by presenting at investment conferences and earnings calls, including at nationwide meetings like MicroCap Club Conference and Piper-Sandler conference in 2023. Among the accomplishments for which I’m most proud is establishing Sanara MedTech in the surgical space to become one of the fastest growing medical technology companies.
