Feb. 2024 - Feb. 2025Rio de Janeiro, Rio de Janeiro, Brasil- Administer human resources policies and programs, balancing employee advocacy with business needs and operational objectives; - Promote equity, fair treatment, and positive employee relations while ensuring compliance with federal and state employment laws;
- Foster employee engagement across the macroregion (Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Panama, and emerging locations within the region);
- Manage the full employee life cycle, including onboarding, orientation, compensation and benefits, employee relations, off-boarding, and HR administrative processes; - Support recruitment efforts by implementing effective hiring strategies and talent acquisition processes; - Serve as the primary point of contact for communication with payroll outsourcing partners; - Oversee migration process administration, ensuring smooth transitions for employees across various locations; - Manage HR administrative tasks, including setting up employee files, completing standard forms and letters, maintaining accurate reports and records, and managing additional agreements; - Develop and maintain expertise in key HR areas such as Benefits, Compensation, Compliance, EH&S, Leave, Internships, and Wellness programs; - Stay current on federal, state, and local regulations, issuing necessary agreements, policies, and instructions to ensure compliance; - Continuously identify, measure, and implement improvements in HR processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness; - Support Compensation & Benefits (C&B) by implementing corporate compensation policies and providing consultations on local legislation and market practices. Review compensation package trends across various companies to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
