• Management of the DBAs team in Brazil, subordinate to the Brasil Infrastructure Outsourcing structure, responsible for providing Database Administration and Middleware Administration services to the company's clients.
• Financial management, participation in the preparation of new proposals, team sizing, compliance with SLA, reporting to clients and internal reports, ITIL disciplines of Incidents, Crisis, Availability, Problems, Changes, Continuity, Risks, Capacity, Performance;
• My team’s activities:
o Installation, configuration and administration of more than 1,400 instances of Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, Sybase, MySQL and Aurora databases, as well as more than 300 servers, in the Middleware layer, in production and non-production environments, supporting administrative systems, SAP ERP, legacy and mission-critical systems for clients in various locations, with high availability environments and Disaster/Recovery infrastructures, supporting cluster and data replication technologies, among others; Achievements and results:
• Stabilization of new clients' database environments through diagnosis and surgical treatment of the environments received for administration;
• Extremely positive feedback from clients;
• Conception, development and implementation of a monitoring system to ensure stable administration of the environments of all supported clients, on different networks;
• Conception and operation of a 24x7 team to meet clients' nighttime and weekend needs, reducing the volume of overtime and annual savings of approximately R$1.3 million in 2016;
