Work closely with leadership and stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and own all IT functions, including Office 365, Azure, SSO, SaaS applications, etc. Develop, monitor, and maintain systems, standards, and infrastructure to support the museum’s seven-acre campus and global staff. Ensure IT systems meet all requirements for data security (GDPR, CCPA, PII, PCI, etc.).
● Implemented 4 enterprise IT solutions in 18 months, empowering employees to utilize new collaboration tools, streamline services and communication, and allow leaders to use data for decision-making. ● Restructured IT and AV teams to ensure the organization is able to recruit and retain top-tier talent and deploy solutions faster and with more precision.
● Piloted a comprehensive data model and Data Lakehouse environment, which enabled the museum to develop a streamlined back up system and save more than $500k on outdated storage systems.
● Led cyber security strategy development and deployment, including a comprehensive Incident Response Plan, new patch schedule, and increased identity protection for all staff and specifically for busy executives.
