Polish Market Expansion: Continuation of my responsibility for all marketing efforts in the Polish market, focusing on aligning our strategies with the broader goals of the merged entity. Coordination of Local PR and Digital Teams: Manage and coordinate local Public Relations (PR) and Digital Marketing teams to maintain consistent messaging and brand representation in all markets.
