Nov. 2009 - Oct. 2019- Exceeding Projected Sales Quotas - Interviewing, hiring, and training remote employees from Account Executive Team and Member Services. It includes planning, assigning, and directing work, evaluating performance, rewarding employees, handling and resolving issues within the team and from our members. - Coaching new employees to meet/exceed productivity and sales expectations through S.M.A.R.T. Goals. Conducting weekly, monthly & quarterly employee performance evaluations, awarding top performances and addressing areas that need improvement.
- Setting budgets, projections, and creating team goals. Account Executive Team always had the highest close % in the company.
- Working with upper management and conducting regular communication sessions with team members to make sure the message/mission of the company was carried out effectively. - Nationwide presentations in front of audiences with over 1,000 people in attendance - Conducting webinars for clients and remote employees
