With a passion for excellent customer service and more than twenty years of experience in customer support, tech support, and soft skills training, I’m equipped to assist with a host of customer-facing skills. Additionally, I enjoy reviewing support cases that have “gone awry” to identify areas for improvement and early indicators that intervention was needed. I’m familiar with metrics-driven performance and love identifying opportunities to reduce overall time to resolution without compromising excellent support. I excel at coaching the neurodivergent population, as I myself am neurodivergent, and take pride in delivering an inclusive, custom-made approach that meets the needs of each individual.
