As a digital strategy and analytics lead within the agency, my work focused on performing qualitative and quantitative research and translating insights into messaging frameworks, audience personas, and multichannel digital strategies. I lead efforts to advance data visualization, dashboarding and measurement initiatives among client teams, as well as collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and manage data collection activities across digital channels. I assist clients in developing data-driven digital marketing campaigns and communication strategies. My daily habitat included Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Optimize, Google Sheets or Excel, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console; various audience and UX research tools such as surveys or UserTesting and Userlytics; or marketing platforms such as Google Ads (including Google Grant accounts), Facebook Ads, and Twitter Ads.
