Sep. 2012 - Sep. 2015Campinas, São PauloResponsible for leading Organization Design /modeling program implementation across the Region (Mexico, Brasil, Argentina, Chile and Andino), which is an ongoing transformation process that will fundamentally improve the way Mars Petcare LATAM works. Direct report to LATAM CEO. Has coordinated a LATAM senior team of 12 people, conducted 28 workshops in 2 months, influenced leadership team on the decision making process to validate 10 improvement projects across most of business areas representing savings around U$800k, has also contributed to OVH LATAM reduction of 2% representing U$ 7mio savings. As Champion LATAM SAP initiative for both segments Chocolate/food and Petcare, ensured alignment of business objectives and IT investment governance processes. Responsible for Innovation, IT Governance, Systems Development, Contracts Management, Budget, Project Management, Service Desk, Process Review and IT polices (Licenses Management, Security, Contingency & Continuity Plan) infrastructure and business warehouse (BI) review and design. Leveraged assets and practices, and synthesis with broader corporate-LATAM-wide priorities. Established, maintained and achieved Service Level Agreements with business partners, Operational Level Agreements with IT community and contracts with third party providers. The Project Champion is the business director assigned by the Business Unit(s) to lead the project and to champion the change within the business.
Direct report to Brasil Petcare CEO, team of 70 people, 8 senior managers, Managing up to 70 participants in USD 12,5 Mio contract and reporting to LATAM CEO and Regional VP´s, delivered project on time, on budget, on quality; conducted business project team relocation (100%), after 1 year, U$ 6mi savings due to the program implementation
