• Manage and planning new product launches
• Developing Major Account plans in conjunction with sales for the top Key customers identified by sales
• PSO development and product width and depth management
• Developing product training competencies, including technical, usage, clinical and train the trainer programmes
• Ensuring our current market offers comply with quality, regulatory, legal and marketing and advertising standards
• Product range remains appropriate for the market at all times Products are available to meet market demands at the right time, at the right cost, of the correct quality
• Profitability targets are met
• Develop and apply project strategy in the creation and maintenance of new products, as well as implementing new features to existing products.
• Manage all marketing initiatives between the Product Management and central Marcoms team.
