Jun. 2018 - Sep. 2019Melbourne, AustraliaMy role as Social Media Community Manager entails managing clients’ social presence and supporting the Social Media Manager to ensure all relevant communication, across the business, is supported on key social platforms to effectively engage varied client segments. I am also responsible for developing and creating social content for my clients (includes planning shoots, styling shoots and photographing content myself), as well as developing media plans and building ads for paid social advertising. I am also responsible for posting content on our clients’ social media pages, moderating User Generated Content that appears on clients’ social media pages, escalating any issues to the appropriate internal/client teams, and reporting on performance and activity. At Ogilvy, I have had the opportunity to work on clients such as Cadbury Australia, AAMI, Elucent Skincare, Hostplus, and Swinburne Online, amongst others.
