These efforts enhanced HireRight's personally identifiable (PII) data accuracy by over 200%. In addition, I spearheaded innovation projects for HireRight's internal systems, implementing Boolean search optimizations through ML modeling (incl. Python, PyTorch, CGP) with a goal to create comprehensive candidate profiles, even with incomplete API returns from the 4,000+ local and district courts nationwide. This social graph was cross-referenced with various Credit Reporting (Experian/Equifax) CRA attributes to ensure candidate identity accuracy, reducing false positives/negatives by over 150%.
