These engagements have been in Application Portfolio Management Governance and IT Governance using COBIT Framework. Some of the activities that I was directly responsible for and ensured successful delivery were conducting maturity assessments of key IT areas, managing and implementing actionable, high-impact processes, workflow implementation, dashboards, application portfolio analysis and engineering enterprise-wide IT processes. IT Processes that I managed, led and implemented for the FAA were Application Retirement Process, Quality Management Process and Release Management Process. These processes employed COBIT controls and were ITIL-compliant. In an advisory role, my primary contributions included thought leadership, primary liaison with client executives and senior managers, leading teams to ensure project execution with aggressive timelines, identify metrics and perform assessments and conduct gap analysis. My role also included providing strategic direction, project and program support. At Objectstream, I contributed on various business and strategic initiatives. I was actively involved in business development activities, RFP development and leading strategic projects for Objectstream. Until my departure from Objectstream I led and managed CMMI implementation for Objectstream.
