Expand reach and content of patient and caregiver educational programs to include underrepresented minority (URM) communities. • Established cancer immunotherapy awareness initiative, which has engaged 6+ million people worldwide and which led to organization’s first multimillion dollar corporate grant, initiating a successful corporate sponsorship strategy that has generated additional multi-million dollar incremental support • Designed and oversaw execution of programming and marketing communications to support organization's first-ever diversity and health equity initiative that includes novel research and training programs for academic scientists, translation into Spanish of multimedia health information for patients and caregivers, and a virtual patient summit pilot conducted entirely in Spanish. • Engineered effective impact-focused content marketing and fundraising strategy to raise organizational brand profile, resulting in a tripling of website visits to more than 1 million sessions per year and more than doubling online donations • Created a robust media relations strategy to advance organization’s thought leadership initiatives, resulting in national media coverage in trade and popular press including The Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Washington Post, TIME, NPR, Nature, Scientific American, Business Insider, Xconomy, Forbes, Bloomberg, and Reuters • Established and nurtured promotional partnerships with major cancer and media organizations, including American Association for Cancer Research, Parker Institute for Cancer Immunotherapy, Stand Up To Cancer, MJH Life Sciences (CURE Magazine and OncLive), and TIME Magazine
