Additional qualifications: -Proven ability to design, implement, and manage large-scale programs with high visibility, ensuring alignment with business objectives and cultural initiatives.
-Understanding of local labor norms, such as NOM 035 (Mexico’s Workplace Psychosocial Risk Prevention Standard), and the ability to ensure organizational adherence to regulations.
-Stakeholder management and coaching skills, with a track record of influencing senior leaders and fostering a culture of continuous development.
-Ability to work with organization leaders and internal/external clients, including global, virtual, and offshore teams across different time zones, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
