• Responsible for maintaining the administrative construction files such as: notice to owner, change order log, release of liens & pay apps.
• Organize and manage construction drawing log, review plans and specs.
• Responsible for all the interior design operations from design stage to project completion. Conducting the FFE owners direct purchase order, creating scope sheets, flame spread binder and final project punch list.
• Coordinate with project consultants architects, engineers, and subcontractors any ownership requirements.
• Assist project manager with project status, schedules, expenses, payments to subcontractors, and maintaining the permit status log.
• Event planning: organize projects, groundbreaking events, topping out ceremonies and other company executive events. Coordinating includes calendars, reserving conference rooms/ordering catering if required, setting up conference video/calls, and video as needed.
• Provide administrative support to the owners of real estate development co. in a variety of capacities, including telephone coverage, photocopying, mail handling, monitoring/responding to email, file maintenance, and assisting with completion of specially assigned projects.
• Extensive coordinating and scheduling of meetings with staff. Obtain and handle confidential information. Draft and edit emails/memos for distribution for the owner of the company. • Coordinate executives’ schedules and executive logistics such as managing the calendar, phone calls, public appearances, travel arrangements & filing.
