First line technical assistance on the following: - Network services (access to the server, peripherals, shared folders, LAN and VPN connectivity)
- Business applications (Lotus Notes, MS Outlook, MS Office package, SAP applications)
- User account management and security groups (Tivoli Identity Manager, Adaxes, Active Directory)
- Application implementation (SCCM) and basic configuration
- Provide diagnosis / troubleshooting of hardware / software / network problems via phone / email / chat, including:
- Installation and troubleshooting of software
-Lotus Configuration and troubleshooting.
- Windows remote assistance.
-Citrix troubleshooting.
-SecurID RSA support.
- Windows operating systems.
- Software support.
- BlackBerry support.
-Support for Apple products (Macbook, Ipad, Iphone).
- Coordination and management of relations with suppliers and support staff that provides hardware / software / network troubleshooting.
- Administration and supply of user access and exit controls.
-Using the call tracking system to document and manage problems and job requests and their resolutions and circumvention
-Support for Premium / dedicated customers Additional tasks:
- Incident management and cooperation with various groups
