• Trained, conducted 3-4 Kaizen events, and studied the Toyota Manufacturing System and Kaizen, with Shingijutsu Co. Studied and visited manufacturing plants in Japan with Shingijutsu, including one of Toyota’s facilities.
• Led the fabrication engineering group including the development of new products with Transicold sister plant in France.
