Provide system changes to HR hierarchy within determined SLAs as outlined in SOW (Statement of Work)
Aided various clients with implementation, optimization, and configuration of talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, recruitment, leave of absence, and compliance and benefits processes within HRIS system
• Recruitment – Requisition creating including posting question, job board management, career site configuration
• Benefits – Annual renewal, dependent age out, • ACA – measurement periods, employee classification rules
• Access/Security – manager, employee access, business groups/rules
• Performance management – annual reviews, performance improvement audits Analyze current system setup and demonstrate to clients best practice on creating, maintaining, updating, deleting, and archiving employee data
Analyze reports from multiple systems; ensured validation and accuracy within systems Advanced reporting including creating custom reports as determined by the client, running system standard reports and comparing data surrounding the following HR areas
• Benefits – Medical, Dental, Vision, STD/LTD, Retirement benefits, enrollments, payment deduction comparisons, dependent information
• ACA - Eligibility, 1095C reporting
• Recruitment – Sourcing, Applicant Status, Application Questions
• Employee Management – Status, Termination/Hire Dates, Biological info
Reconfigure HRIS system to align with changing National and Global compliance statutes
• Updated UK client recruitment portal to align with new GDPR guidelines
Make changes/updates into ADP (HRIS) license, certification, name, and address changes
Applied new client scenarios in HRIS test instance to ensure functionality and successful outcomes in live production
• Created onboarding wizard and demoed to clients in test instance before transfer to production
