I built a team who could develop multimedia to my standards and conventions. The team and I developed multi-media for a Steady State Training course for the MOD. This involved creating 3D models of MOD equipment, and developing illustrations / interactive media for the instructor lead courseware. I had to maintain a standard through out the development as well as keeping to tight deadlines.

I worked in a team of eight, developing graphics for training manuals and creating 3D models / animations for web-based training. I also created presentations for bids for future training, all for a Customer training Department. Helped develop the standards and conventions for the team, as well as making sure the team developed their skills. I was also promoted to help the team manager with their duties in their absent, planning workloads and checking standards. While working at Westland’s I was involved in Apache Helicopter, Lynx helicopter, and BOWMAN training projects, all these courseware’s were used by the UK military. Since July 2003, over 68,000 military personnel have participated in over 900 courses to learn how to use the BOWMAN training, developed by the media team.
