Serve as focal point of information regarding established operational and procedural requirements. Accomplish research, compilation, implementation, and execution of routine and technical administrative requirements. Review established administrative procedures and make recommendations and implement improvements to accomplish work in the most efficient manner in accordance with established local and Army requirements. Prepare and finalize special, technical, and recurring reports for submission. Compose a variety of technical correspondence, reports, and documents. Screening telephone calls, receive visitors, and organizing and maintaining files. Read, interpret, and provide guidance on administrative regulations, policies, and procedures. Maintaining time and attendance cards for employees in the office; enter, modify, and edit time in payroll systems. Operate a personal computer using a variety of software, including advanced software functions to enhance office productivity, modify or edit a wide variety of technical or non-technical material
