Jun. 2022 - Jun. 2023Sydney, New South Wales, Australia- Formulate strategy to build key Disney programming brands via all points of contact and manage execution of all marketing creative projects and media spend. - Planning and execution of traditional and digital promotional/marketing campaigns to drive revenue growth as well as brand and franchise awareness. - Manage relationships with key marketing counterparts of licensees. - Develop an annual marketing plan for key titles, events and transactional activity with full budget allocation and on-going reconciliation. - Ensure all media planning is maximised, tracked / optimised and post analysis is conducted. - Work with appointed media, creative and PR agencies as required. - Ensure client campaigns are on brand and adhere to the CSD marketing guidelines. - Provide clients with campaign approvals, marketing ideas and inputs to their campaigns. - Act as the key lead in sourcing and staying on top of all marketing assets including video, web and print assets for key CSD titles while working closely with the International Marketing and Product teams. - Work closely with International publicity team and local broadcasters to ensure maximum publicity opportunities to drive viewership and create awareness for CSD content and talent, including interviews, set visits, Press Junkets and talent tours - Develop an annual marketing plan for key linear priorities including ATL, digital and social promotion. - Work closely with Content and Programme Manager to manage on-air promotional requirements. - Work closely with affiliate partners to fulfil cross promotional requirements and focus on tactics to drive network ratings. - Manage fulfilment of marketing requests. - Support PR Manager to maximise publicity opportunities to drive viewership of channels - Full marketing and production budget allocation and on-going reconciliation. - Act as key regional liaison between ANZ and international marketing, publicity and promo teams.
