The Resource Person is the direct contact person for handling any situations for the Call Center either on the evenings, weekends and holidays.

Training the current Circulation Director who took over when the previous Circulation Director retired. Covering for the counting and bank deposits. Office Manager duties include overseeing 6 other staff members in the Customer Service department of Circulation. Subbing for either Single Copy Collections or Circulation Assistant Counting and Bank Deposits.
