Full list within my CV, available upon request** • Starting out as a consultant, at the initial concept stage, I have become the companies operations director, growing the company from zero to a multimillion-dollar business sold to a U.S. publically traded company • Oversight and management of all stages of web development from concept creation to product launch • Direct management of a development team comprised of 4 in-house developers and a varying number of contract staff, product management, project management and business analysis, enhancing product value and utilising the platform to increase revenues • Direct management of the sales and retention call center, including over 20 sales and retention people working on 3 shifts, 24 hours a day, management of all staffing, instruction, goal management, KPI definition and adherence • Management of the marketing operation, including management of PPC campaigns of 4 Million US a year, across multiple advertising channels online, including PPC and Media buying, to offline marketing on print media and sponsorships • Campaign analytics and site analytics – developing better site flows to improve conversion rates across products and increase user value email marketing management – including oversight of creative, content and campaign PL data social media follow up and targeting of market influencers • In charge of the affiliate marketing department which includes 3 affiliate managers and driving them to meet and exceed the target of over %30 of revenue coming via affiliates • Management of mobile application development for all 3 major mobile platforms from concept through positive ROI
