• Compiles, processes and analyzes fiscal department budget and prepare report • Manages the Learning Management System, ensuring it is up-to-date with the company’s course catalog and all course offerings
• Coordinates and arrange trainings, reserve and prepare facilities, and arrange food and beverage service for trainings
• Communicates training status and progress for unit personnel, proactively identifying exceptions for resolution
