• Compose, edit and negotiate contracts, proposals and addendums
• Process billing, commissions, rebates, deposits, etc
• New Business Development Champion - identify and pursue new business sales opportunities through group analysis, networking, following up on new and existing accounts, participate and champion in sales incentives such as sales blitzes, and creating prospect lists for targeting and tracking
• Site Champion - coordinating all site inspections of property for prospect clients
• Participate in daily business review meeting, training and other sales related meetings as required
• Liaison between numerous 3rd party vendors by identifying specific client needs for all seven properties within the Starwood Atlanta Metro Market.
• Regular interaction across business units, including, hotel operations, revenue management, conference services, as well as sub-groups including group, catering, and business transient.
• Key accounts & markets include Pharmaceutical/Biotech, High-Tech, & The Coca-Cola Company
