Sep. 2011 - Sep. 2013Responsible for onboarding all new employees and managers at Novo Nordisk UK. It was a ‘dream job’: I got paid for inspiring people to collaborate on working towards the purpose of this company (Changing Diabetes), and equipping customer-facing employees with the knowledge and skills to deliver upon their role purpose. Other achievements included: Ensured field force readiness for a successful phased product launch of a new insulin through design and delivery of therapy and product blended learning programme, Insulin Training Camp and subsequently the broad launch meeting Planned and delivered the successful roll out of new selling and coaching models, embedded both models within the organisation while meeting the differing needs of various groups of internal customers across sales, medical, market access and marketing Adapted the coaching model for non-commercial managers and succeeded in training all head office line managers, learning clinical research and general administration leadership perspectives simultaneously. Aligned on-boarding programs for a variety of customer-facing employees (sales, market access, medical affairs) in order to meet the needs of our business Reviewed existing initial training plan for customer facing employees via analysis of training needs with all stakeholders, resulting in successful sign-off of project proposal Integrated training needs analysis into the initial training plan process to ensure employees are fully equipped for operational success following completion of their on-boarding training
