- Lead the full product lifecycle, including market research, competitor analysis, planning, and positioning.
- Identify new product opportunities and enhance existing academic offerings.
- Develop and maintain academic product roadmaps with clear priorities, timelines, and resource planning.
- Translate strategy into detailed product requirements for prototyping and development.
- Define and track key product metrics to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product decisions. • Stakeholder Collaboration & Engagement
- Build and lead a high-performing team (instructional designers, quality assurers, project coordinators, and data analysts) with a focus on collaboration, innovation, and customer needs.
- Work with faculty, industry experts, and internal teams to ensure effective curriculum design, product development, and successful launches.
- Align academic products with university partner requirements and approval processes, ensuring they address corporate learning needs. • Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Ensure all academic products meet regulatory and accreditation standards.
