I love stories, I love writing, and everything about letters. My career in communications and advocacy has allowed me to turn this passion into impactful work. At JICA, I faced the challenges and rewards of addressing sensitive topics like gender, violence, and disability. As a Communications Manager at the Aga Khan Agency for Habitat and then UNICEF, I further honed my skills and found my purpose. Working with JICA was transformative. I learned the importance of disability inclusivity and co-conducted a comprehensive research. It was here that I met the best supervisor and mentor in my life, who inspired me to excel in leadership. Had I known 10 years ago that I would be this lucky to gain such rich experience and knowledge while beginning my journey with a Specialist Degree in IR from Lomonosov MSU, I would have been even more excited about the future. Winning the Chevening Scholarship to study at the University of Oxford was a life-changing honor, where I deepened my understanding of international politics and diplomacy. What about my tenure at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Well, it taught me strategic planning and stakeholder engagement. Each role has shaped me into a dedicated professional committed to making a difference. Now, I am eager to leverage my diverse experiences in governance, security, advocacy, and communications to contribute to international development. My passion for making a difference continues to drive me every day.
