Onboarding Program Development and Execution - Lead the design and end-to-end implementation of a comprehensive Onboarding program, integrating orientation, training, and structured employee journeys to foster early engagement and set up new hires for long-term success.
- Ensure a seamless and intuitive onboarding experience through usability testing and program pilot releases, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
- Consistently refine the program to align with evolving business needs, employee expectations, and best practices in onboarding. 2. Internship Program Management - Design and oversee an impactful internship program, covering recruitment, onboarding, mentorship, and project assignments, to provide interns with meaningful work experiences.
- Manage intern development through structured feedback, learning opportunities, and regular check-ins, ensuring a smooth transition from internship to potential full-time roles. 3. Retention, Coaching, and Talent Development - Provide coaching for employees at all levels, from individual contributors to senior managers, fostering personal growth, leadership development, and continuous learning.
- Develop and implement strategies for employee engagement and retention, including employee journeys and talent development initiatives aligned with company objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align talent strategies with business goals, addressing team-specific needs and promoting a positive, growth-oriented work environment. 4. Data Gathering and Analysis for Strategic HR Improvements - Regularly assess metrics from onboarding, training, and coaching sessions, using these insights to identify areas for improvement, track trends, and enhance overall program impact. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven decisions into HR strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.
