Aug. 2015 - Sep. 2016Canary Wharf•Assisted in the full end to end recruitment process - CV screening, interviews, candidate feedback, offer procedures •Conducted Investment Banking, Corporate Banking and Private Banking telephone interviews and assessment centres •Performance management - collating feedback from managers and team members to provide mid-review and final reviews on interns performance throughout their internship •Designed and implemented new expense tracker in order for reimbursements to be managed more efficiently helping to minimise expenditure in the graduate budget •Took ownership in producing monthly audit on graduate visa, AB&C compliance and EoR checks •Supported the on-boarding process - Security pass, IT set ups, desk rotations, training schedule •Co-ordinated training sessions and working closely with recruiter and programme administrator •Acting as a first point of contact for graduates during their internship - regular communication via email regarding network events, training and general update of information •Processed candidates through recruitment stages on GTI (internal graduate system) •Organised and coordinated a presentation and networking fair for Investment & Corporate Banking graduates to further develop an understanding of the different teams within their chosen sectors.
